During peak hours from 14:00pm to 8:00pm, the minimum Jeanneau Prestige 30 Yachtduration is 3 hours.
 
Cancellation policy
Avalon Yachts/Luxury sea boats charter by Avalon reserves a right to cancel a booking under the following conditions:
Unsafe weather conditions
Mechanical failures (If available,satisfactory upgrade options will be offered)
Coast guard restrictions 
 
If Avalon Yachts/Luxury sea boats charter by Avalon initiates the cancellation , the company will not assume any liability. Any payments made will be refunded in fullto the named charterer, or as otherwise agreed.
 
Cancellation fee:
 
A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value will be charged to the client if the client initiates the cancellation for any reason more than 72 hours before the scheduled charter time and dates.
A cancellation fee of 100%  of the booking value will be charged to the client if the client initiates the cancellation for any reason within 72 hours before the scheduled charter time and dates.
