Phased Road Closures Across Key Event Zones
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will implement staged road closures on December 31, 2025, particularly around Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa area. These closures are meant to reduce congestion and ensure safety during celebration hours.
